Brad graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1999 with an emphasis in environmental law.  Between 1999-2001, Brad served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Schwartzman (ret.) of the Idaho Court of Appeals.  In 2001, Brad began practicing law with a large prestigious Boise law firm, where he stayed until 2006.  In 2006, Brad and John Kormanik formed their ongoing law partnership, Kormanik & Sneed LLP.  John and Brad formerly worked together as judicials clerks at the Idaho Court of Appeals and have been friends ever since.

From its inception, Kormanik & Sneed LLP has offered a wide array of legal services to many communities in Idaho and Oregon.  The attorneys at Kormanik & Sneed LLP can handle almost any legal need you may have, and if they cannot help you themselves, they will refer you to an attorney who can.

Brad has over fifteen (15) years of legal experience and he has practiced in the federal and state courts of Idaho and Oregon.  Brad primarily provides client services in the fields of employment law, family law, mediation and insurance coverage dispute litigation.

The mediation process has been a large part of Brad's experience and practice.  Brad is dedicated to the use and development of mediation in his legal practice and considers himself a strong advocate for the numerous advantages mediation often provides to parties over the conventional litigation path.  Brad has received mediation training with the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution and is on the Idaho Supreme Court's list of certified civil case mediators.  Brad frequently volunteers his time to mediate small claims cases for the state court system as a way to give back to the community and the courts, as well as keep his mediation skills well honed.
